Vector is one of the most basic concept in modern mathematics. It integrates with ideological content and instrumental content. With the full implementation of new curriculum reform, the teaching design has become a popular word. Under the normal teaching design teaching, the teaching quality has not been greatly improved. From mathematics essence, focus, students, curriculum standards, through the analysis of the different versions of the teaching materials,The author explores unit teaching design and gets the following conclusions:Mathematics essence: Vector can be done in groups about addition, it can be into linear space about addition and multiplication, under the dot product operation it can be into normed space about the mould.Standard analysis: Compared with the "outline", the author reads deeply class standard and finds out the changes between content and target.Student situation: The author analyses the students’ learning interest and habit. The result shows that students’ interest is strong in mathematics and students have good habits.The key analysis: The author seizes the core knowledge and acquires the key content of this chapter: the concept of vector, the operations of vector, the basic theorem of plane vector. On the basis of analysis, the author adjusts the teaching order and class hour, that makes the teaching more structured and focused.Different versions of textbooks: Taking taught A version and Beijing normal university version for example, the author obtains their features in the content of the presentation, sample exercises, narrator, summary and reading,and so on.Based on the above analysis, the author gives out the specific class teaching design on the basis of unit teaching design.
