The classroom is the main place for teachers to carry out educationand teaching practice is the cornerstone of foundation education, is the main methodto achieve the quality education. During primary teaching, classroom incident notonly hinder the normal students and their classmates study, and interrupt theteaching rhythm, but also disturb the normal teaching order, and ultimately affectthe efficiency of classroom teaching. In the new curriculum reform has entered acrucial stage today, improve primary school teachers’ understanding of theclassroom incident, and enhance the response to the classroom of the primary schoolteachers contingency level is an important way to improve the efficiency ofclassroom teaching. Therefore, this study through H city first experiment primaryschool teachers on classroom incident cognition and coping style of investigation,analysis of the school teachers understand and deal with the problem of classroomincident and its influence on students, on the basis of the primary school teachers onclassroom incident strategy, in order to help the healthy development of classroommanagement and student.This study uses questionnaires, interviews and classroom observation in threeways, taking H city first experimental primary school as the object ofinvestigation.First of all,take a small part of the teachers in first experimentalprimary school for class unexpected incidents cognition and coping stylequestionnaire. According to the effect of coping styles of teachers to interviewstudents. Secondly according to the current situation survey,analysis of the problemand the reasons for the teachers to deal with the unexpected incidents during theclass. Finally based on the pre survey and analysis, proposed strategies for primaryschool teachers to deal with class unexpected incidents: first, follow the principle ofcontingency during deal with class unexpected incidents; second, training contingency ability; third, adjust to deal with contingencies. Hope these can in favorof class management and help the students health growth.Primary teachers have a correct understanding of unexpected incidents,scientific analysis of classroom unexpected incidents, appropriate response and thencan create a positive, harmonious and enjoyable classroom environment, and tomake teaching in an order, and promote the healthy development of students.
