| Campus safety is a solid prerequisite for national security.It is the greatest wish of the whole society to let children grow up healthily.In recent years,school safety has been highly valued and concerned by schools,departments at all levels and the public.Campus safety management has been greatly improved,and the campus safety situation is generally getting better.However,due to the complexity and diversity of campus risks,all kinds of emergencies often occur,and potential safety hazards also show diversified characteristics,threatening the safety of school teachers and students and affecting the feelings of parents and people from all walks of life who care about student development.K city is a coastal city in eastern China.As a nine-year consistent school(system of 5-4year schooling)in K City,S school has the characteristics of large classes,large number of teachers and students,and is located at the junction of urban and rural areas.Campus safety incidents occur from time to time.Based on this,this study intends to analyze the current situation,causes,summary methods and Countermeasures of campus security in s school,so as to reduce or even avoid the occurrence of campus security events.In this study,teachers and students in grade 4 and grade 5 of primary school and grade7 and grade 9 of Middle School were selected for questionnaire survey.There were 56 teachers in total,56 questionnaires were distributed,49 were recovered,47 were effective,and the effective recovery rate was 84.0%;There are 348 students in total.348 copies were distributed,345 copies were recovered and 336 copies were effective,with an effective recovery rate of 96.6%.Through the analysis of the obtained data,it is concluded that there are some problems in the safety education of s school in K City,such as the lack of formal curriculum,the emphasis on theory rather than practice,the non-standard emergency treatment system,the poor ability of first aid operation,the imperfect third-party mediation system and so on.Based on the above survey results,the author believes that we should improve the awareness of safety education,change the concept of safety education,and further strengthen the safety guarantee by standardizing the safety education system and increasing the investment in hardware facilities.By improving the content of safety education,enriching the forms and means of safety education,and carrying out diversified and multi-channel evaluation and supervision mechanism,we can enhance the effectiveness of safety education and strengthen the intervention ability of safety education to avoid safety accidents.The school shall standardize the emergency handling system,form a safety emergency drill mechanism,strengthen the practical practice and psychological quality of teachers and students and the ability to use first-aid knowledge,so as to reduce the harm of safety accidents.After a safety accident,we should pay more attention to the mental health education of the parties,be good at comprehensively reflecting on the essence of the accident,and establish and improve the third-party mediation mechanism. |
