With the development of the Internet, informal learning is becoming more and more convenient, in research of network of informal learning is in urgent need of.Therefore, this paper will into the in-depth study on the informal learning, based on the summary of many scholars, put forward the definition on the informal learning summarized the definition of informal learning:informal learning is learner and lack of intentional control process, no clear purpose but has a certain goal, in the non-fixed place of learning is random content, results of chance of learning; at the same time, it is difficult to assess results, but the results of the study will give feedback to the learner’s daily life, work. The contrast through formal learning and informal learning, it obtains the characteristics of informal learning:self-oriented, situational, sporadic, socialization and personality characteristics. At the same time, the proposed network of informal learning form:independent learning, collaborative, group collaboration double. And in-depth analysis of the SECI model, and explore their relationship and informal learning, and the role of informal learning, for the research on the informal learning based on SECI model; at the same time, based on the SECI model analysis of informal learning. Based on above, this paper will combine the network of informal learning mode to establish the SECI model, and carries on the thorough analysis to the establishment of the model.
