In recent years, with the continuous improvement of the computer network technology and the intellectualized development of mobile hand held devices, the size of the netizens is rising. Network not only provided people with huge amounts of information,but also changed the way of people learning. With the support of the network platform, such as virtual learning community, learning software, mobile phone APP ets, informal learning has gradually penetrated into the Nanchang university students’ formal learning.Informal learning is becoming a new way for Nanchang university students’ to acquire knowledge and improve skills. Informal learning is a kind of study way that rely on Nanchang university students’ self-initiated, self-control and self-responsible. the whole learning process is affected by many factors. Therefore, the author choose Nanchang University students as the research object, then survey the happening of Nanchang university students’ informal learning under the network environment and factors that affect learning effect.This study based on constructivism, humanism, situational learning theory as the theoretical, By reviewing the informal learning research that related to present situation and the influencing factors,this paper sums up the influence factors of Nanchang university students’ informal learning.combined with the occurrence of Nanchang university students’ informal learning, this paper design a measurement questionnaire with good reliability and validity.Based on correlation analysis and regression analysis, this paper carries on the quantitative analysis by SPSS software on the sample data, and get the following conclusion:Nanchang university students’ have the right conditions for informal learning, informal learning under the network environment is real, and has a positive role on students’ learning and life;Second,informal learning attitude, informal learning ability, the support of informal learning platform and the support of informal learning environment both has positive influence on Nanchang university students’ informal learning effect.In informal learning attitude, the key factors that affect college students’ learning effect is attitude ofparticipation and motivation. In informal learning ability, the key factors influencing the learning effects is self-efficacy, the information technology ability and self management ability.In terms of platform support, the key factors influencing the effect of learning effect is resource allocation and the quality of system. in the supporting of the environment, the key factors influencing the effect of learning is the code of conduct and communication atmosphere.Finally, according to the research conclusion, tihs paper put forward some suggestions from the informal learning attitude, informal learning ability, the support of platform and the environment.
