Reiationgshiip Tonghua City Residents’ Leisure Motivationg And Life Satisfaction

In 21st century, relaxation serves as the important social, cultural and economical power. However, it has great significance to people’s happiness, benefits and life satisfaction. With the development of society, the productive force is improved, and people’s material needs have been gradually shifted to spiritual needs. A good living style is not only good for physical health, but also good for improving the social values created by individuals, the living quality and the establishment of social ecological environment. And leisure sports, serving as the visible spiritual homeland, are the civilized, healthy and scientific way of living. As people at every level and every field of the society participate in various sports activities, relaxation has become the permanent demand for all the people.This essay adopts the method literature research, questionnaire, statistics, and interview, among which the questionnaire composed by "leisure motivation", "life satisfaction", "sociodemographic characteristics", uses project analysis, factor analysis, variance analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis, and gives inspection into the relationship between leisure motivation and life satisfaction of the participants living in Tonghua. Firstly, by analyzing the factors among variable quantities, it deletes the unqualified items and finally constructs the basic framework. Secondly, the standard deviation of interior motivation is the smallest among each dimension. Leisure motivation has no apparent differences among the different income level, while shows the evident differences among the different healthy condition, and among part of the different ages, sexual, educational degrees, jobs and marriage conditions.The degree of life satisfaction for citizens in Tonghua has reached "good" and "not bad", and the life satisfaction degree is in the upper level. The life satisfaction has no obvious differences for different educational degrees, and shows the apparent differences for different jobs. As for different ages, sexual, incomes, marriage condition and health condition, it shows the significance to different degrees. What is more, leisure motivation has mutual prediction function on life satisfaction. The regression analysis on leisure motivation and life satisfaction draws the conclusion that the correlation degree between leisure motivation and life satisfaction is low, and the regression equation has reached significant level. The interior motivation, external motivation, non-motivation of leisure motivation has mutual-prediction function on life satisfaction.
