Advanced medical treatment has made the increase of average life expectancy, Aging issues has become an important issue in Asia in society nowadays, and the speed of Taiwanese population aging rate is higher than Japan, It is critical to plan leisure activities for the senior, in order to improve life quality and value.With more Taiwanese senior participate in leisure activities; the issue would be discussed that is the effectiveness of leisure activities would be affected by the leisure motivation and leisure involvement. Motivation theory includes an examination of the psychological dynamics associated with the promotion of behavioral change, and is a widely accepted model for validating individual behavior. In the model, leisure involvement, leisure benefits, and participation of leisure activities have interrelationship that influence each other. This study is concerned with the role of personal factors with regard to their influences on a specific individual feedback, namely leisure benefits.Empirical research is generally based on the data obtained from questionnaires. Because the problem of Taiwanese population aging is getting worse, we select Taiwan as our samples.1000 questionnaires were distributed to four main areas in Taiwan by mailing, and a total of 669 usable questionnaires were returned. Using the structural equation, modeling, the results showed that:1. Leisure motivation affects individuals’ leisure benefits.2. Leisure involvement affects individuals’ leisure benefits.3. Leisure motivation affects individuals’ leisure involvement.
