The education system is a complex system, influenced and restricted by many factors.Teaching quality, evaluation mustbe scientific, the system throughout and guidance, so in the aspects of education to the need for education evaluation. The school plays an important role in the social system of education, mainly uses the method of classroom teaching to carry out educational activities. Classroom teaching is scientific and normative directly determines the level of education. Institutions of higher education in the entire education system plays a role in undertaking, is a turning point for students to society and to undertake; at the same time,colleges and universities also represents the highest level of knowledge in society and science and technology.Through the study on the institutions of higher learning in the course according to the course of functional attributes of different classification, divided into: instrumental curriculum,curriculum knowledge, skills courses and practical courses. Classroom teaching behavior of different functional properties of course analysis, using the methodof qualitative evaluationand quantitative evaluation of the combination of class differences, with focus on the comparison of different functional properties of course, including the analysis of the differences of classroom teaching behavior of different gender, professional title, qualifications of teachers. At the same time, analysis and evaluation of classroom learning behavior of different grades, majors; on the effectiveness of classroom content and technology are analyzed; To find out the characteristics of classroom teaching behavior, find out deficiency of the classroom and put forward suggestions for improvement, so as to improve the teaching skills of teachers in Colleges and universities, to promote teachers’ professional development; and to further enhance the interest of learners in the classroom, improve learning and learner autonomy,self evaluation to help learning, improve teaching and learning the effect of classroom teaching in Colleges and universities.
