| In the educational planning of the early new century in China,education informatization and vocational education have become the focus of education development.On the eve of the Teacher’s Day in 2017,the Minister of Education Chen Baosheng also wrote an article proposing the “Classroom Revolution” call.Under the background of such an era of education,the in-depth study of information-based teaching behavior of vocational school teachers conforms to the new situation.This study is based on the background of information technology classroom teaching in secondary vocational schools,in-depth classroom teaching environment,comprehensive quantitative research and qualitative research methods,professional analysis of the informatization classroom teaching behavior of secondary vocational school teachers,and providing strategies for the optimization of their teaching behavior.And suggestions.The research was based on the “Information Technology-Based Interactive Analysis and Coding System”(ITIAS)designed by Prof.Gu Xiaoqing.With the help of the analysis system software developed by him,the classroom teaching was recorded and the teaching videos were analyzed.The use of uniform standards and means to analyze the teaching behavior of teachers in information,to avoid the subjectivity of the study of a single nature,the research process is more normative science,the evaluation results more realistic and objective.The research concludes that the teachers in the secondary vocational school basically possess the qualities of education and teaching,and they can all achieve a complete classroom structure and coherent teaching;they have a relatively mature understanding of information technology,and they neither have the enthusiasm to use technology in the use of information technology.There is no paranoid weakening technique.Instead,it takes advantage of the rational use of technology,combines the characteristics of different disciplines,and applies information technology to the classroom on the basis of personal understanding.Its forms are rich.However,there are certain problems in classroom interaction:(1)Teachers have a relatively mature understanding of technology,but there are also many teachers who use technology for “stealing”;(2)Single forms of classroom interaction,lack of interaction between students and students,and lack of collaborative learning,Need to improve.Based on this,the author puts forward some optimization suggestions and looks forward to the future research. |
