The research is about multi-dimensional analysis of classroom management based on the teaching cases that happened in Aspendale Gardens Primary School, Australia, 2014. All the 8 cases are divided into 3 categories, which are external factors, students’ factors and teachers’ factors, according to the reasons that lead to the problem. Within each category, the author also selects several different types of cases to analyze. Case study is the main research method. Principles and strategies of classroom management will be served as theoretical framework to analyze each specific case. The research is expected to provide effective solutions to the overseas Mandarin teachers on classroom management and also make contributions in training potential Mandarin teachers in China.
