Research Objective: This article mainly through kinematics and EMG principle for table tennis players during the forehand loop the ball downfield during batting upper extremity joints and most major muscle groups for testing and test data analysis. Athletes throughout the swing, and is divided into four stages, namely the racket stage, batting swing stage, with the film stage, reduction stage. Hitting the stage in which the swing phase and with the film is the main force muscle group stage, so at this stage of the EMG data analysis focused. Hopes athletes upper shoulder, elbow, wrist, hand and other joints of the speed change, for each stage of athlete development effort to analyze the situation. And by surface EMG data for effective analysis of muscle mass strength athletes timing, RMS amplitude, muscle EMG integral value and contribution rate to derive the force of time and movement of each muscle, the judge athletes each muscle forehand importance of the pediment Loop, provide a scientific basis for the athletes after training, to help coaches and athletes find problems in peacetime training, to solve the problem. By results of this study provide a theoretical approach for our table tennis players, effectively improve the level of training and level of China’s table tennis athletes theory.Research Methods: four table tennis players, conduct forehand loop the ball downfield action at designated places and the same environment. US production Motion pro X4 using high-speed cameras were recording, set the sampling frequency of the high-speed cameras to 200 Hz. US production Noraxon surface electromyography test and analysis system for athletes EMG data sampling and analysis, EMG sampling frequency of 1000 Hz. EMG data acquisition and processing, using My Research XP Master 1.08.54 version of the system software. Amplitude using time domain analysis, the raw data of the first full-wave rectification, RMS filtering data analysis. Computing and data mapping done by Excel 2007 and SPSS19.0 software. The main actions include racket test phase, batting swing stage, with the film stage, reduction stage. Test joints: shoulder, elbow, wrist, hand joints; muscle testing: a front portion of the deltoid muscle; 2 deltoid Central; 3 biceps; 4 triceps; 5 brachial.... radial muscle; 6 erector spinae; 7 obliques; 8 upper trapezius; 9 middle trapezius; 10 pectoralis major; 11 lats; 12 rectus femoris; 13 gastrocnemius lateral head; 14 tibialis anterior muscle.Research: Testing table tennis player forehand shots downfield Loop stage shoulder, elbow, wrist, hand joint velocity; surface EMG patterns; start time of each muscle EMG activity, end time and duration; muscle EMG RMS amplitude of the mean activity; muscle EMG activity of the integral value; the muscles throughout the action phase of the measured contribution rate.Conclusions:1. Athletes maximum speed of each joint during the swing in the order of the hand, wrist, elbow, shoulder. Start time of the first swing of the shoulder joint force, and secondly to the wrist, elbow, hand and finally led to the joint force, complete swing.2. The size of each joint velocity athletes positively correlated with the size of the force was shot.3. Athletes performing forehand swing arc ball downfield, the tibialis anterior, gastrocnemius lateral fibular head, the front deltoid, biceps muscle top discharge earlier, the tibialis anterior muscle was first discharged. Description first leg muscles muscle force, followed by driving the hips, shoulders, elbows and then to the wrist, hand, and finally complete the swing, and further illustrates the importance of coordination between the ministries muscular athlete.4. On the integrated EMG value and contribution rate, the front deltoid, trapezius upper biceps muscle highest score in first class a few blocks, the largest contribution, longer duration, indicating that few muscles the role played by the biggest influence on the whole process of continuous shots happen.5. athletes swing through the ball joint to accelerate time to get the ball the moment the maximum speed, then the maximum amount of muscle discharge. Keywords:Table tennis; Forehand Loop; Kinematics; EMG activity of the integral value; the muscles throughout the action phase of the measured contribution rate.Conclusions:1.
