Loop is an important skill in Ping-pong ball attack,which is a strong topspin with highstability.This thesis aims to analyze athletes’ actions through American APAS threedimensional image analysis system,which is based on previous studies and takes pictures of12A-level Ping-pong players from provincial sports team and school with two Sony JVChigh speed cameras and ask them make a forehand loops and high loop after warm-up fully.Itanalyzes the kinematic characteristics and differences,through the data we collected,ofPing-pong players when they do the two actions.This thesis mainly makes an comparative analysis of the parameter of the angular andspeed change of legs, angular and speed change of upper body, the shifting of body center,the twist angle of body, the transformation of the racket’s speed, the change of the angle ofthe racket and batting of the two actions.The followings are the conclusion:1) In the whole process of drive stroke, the angle of the lower limb joint of the dash leftis bigger than lob, which can infer the motion of body center through the law of the change ofthe angle.2) In terms of each joint’s speed, lower limb of foreword driving loop is faster than highloop, meanwhile the speed increases gradually from the ankle, knee to coaxes.Forwarddriving loop pays more attention to speed while high loop needs more time to contact withthe ball to strengthen friction with the ball.3) The torsion angle of the body in high loop is bigger than foreword loop,the level of stretching of the muscle and the stored elastic is larger as well.The range of body center inhigh loop is wider than in forward,while the center of the ball is on contrary.4) The difference between the two actions of articulation in racket stage is very small,however, the angle of forward loop is larger than high loop in swing and the followingphase.The change of angle of articulation in forward loop is larger than high loop at eachstage, while there is little change in articulation.The joint of upper body is tighter in highloop, whatever the flexion and abduction angles of upper body do backswing or fore swing issmaller than forward loop.5) The speed of every joint of upper body grow with time before batting in forward andhigh loop,the speed decreases after its highest state when batting,while the speed ofshoulders,elbows,wrists and hands increased gradually.And high loop takes more time thanforward loop,while the fastest moment appeared earlier in forward loop than in highloop,however,the speed is faster than in high loop.6) The racket speed at each stage in forward loop is faster than in high loop affected bythe speed of upper end.The range of the upper and lower displacement is bigger in high loop,while the range of the another posterior displacement is bigger in foreword loop.The hittingpoint of the ball in the foreword loop is usually in the rising period and over the table-board,however, in the high loop,it is usually in the decent phase and down the table-board.
