So far, with the development and changes in the world, economy is changing in China. Under the impact of economy, great changes have taken place in the environment, the university assets management also is in a huge challenge, the university assets management staff to enhance their professional level in the continuous innovation with the face of assets and management methods, the way of diversification, reasonable and efficient completion of university assets management.Nowadays, the people who work about the university assets management must face asset diversification, complicated and diversified management, it is difficulty to deal with the problem in the work process, asset managers must find the problem in time, understanding the causes of these problems, so as to solve the problem quickly, and improve asset management efficiency, also ensure the assets management smoothly.In this paper, summed up the most problems encountered in the work of asset management in college and universities, and in-depth analysis of the causes of these problems. In this paper, taking G University as a case, I analyzes the present situation and asset management in G University, found some problems of asset management in G University, and puts forward the solutions about these problems according to the actual situation. Through the analysis of the case of colleges and universities, this paper put forward the solutions for problems about asset management encountered in the most colleges and universities, certain aspects of the asset management and make a summary.
