In the process of basic education curriculum reform and implementation, teachers are important participants and a practitioner of curriculum reform, teachers’ teaching knowledge and knowledge is particularly important. From the development of basic education curriculum reform in China, until the 1970 s more emphasis on teacher’s professional knowledge. After that, the general teaching knowledge is concerned. Since the 1980 s, some scholars emphasized subject teaching knowledge(PCK) to promote teaching and strengthening students knowledge to understand the effect.In this paper, the current ordinary high school physics curriculum standard as the instruction, put forward subject teaching knowledge(PCK) by the American professor Shulman concept is based on the research background, different researchers understanding of the PCK education history as reference, this paper expounds the connotation, characteristics and significance of PCK. At the same time, combining with the actual situation of the current middle school physical education in our country, by reference to Grossman about subject teaching knowledge connotation, The author thinks that its composition mainly includes three aspects: physical science knowledge; Knowledge of the students; Knowledge of physical teaching strategy.Physical science knowledge is the most basic, most important, in the subject at the core of knowledge in biophysics. Is able to reflect the students’ scientific spirit, thinking methods, training of physical knowledge and valuable and meaningful to students in the future growth of knowledge.In this article, based on the ordinary high school physics curriculum standard of physics teaching purpose, the questionnaire investigation of the line of physics teachers and the thinking characteristics of the high school students, the author thinks that to cultivate students’ thinking ability of physical knowledge is the most basic physics cory, most important, the core of knowledge, which can become the most main reason physics knowledge. Papers last part in discipline knowledge analysis "Newton’s second law" PCK case.About the students’ knowledge essence is the teacher to student’s learning motivation and interest in learning, the teacher on the state of the students already have experience and thinking, as well as the problems easy to occur to the students.In this article, the author mainly to students in the learning of subject knowledge, teachers’ understanding of students’ thinking condition as the main content of research, namely the teacher know about students.To cultivate students’ thinking ability of physical knowledge is we think discipline knowledge, the teachers’ knowledge of the physics teaching strategy, in order to develop students’ thinking ability and the teaching methods and teaching means.Teachers’ teaching strategy is combining with the characteristics of students’ thought and take the appropriate teaching strategies.The study of the various components of the PCK for teachers to provide helpful guidance in the development of teaching practice, at the same time, the development of PCK is a constant process of construction, construction of keeping associated aspects of knowledge, the fusion, the process of continuous innovation. The author wants to discuss about physical PCK can give a relevant researchers with the certain enlightenment and help, the author in learning to work in the future will continue to perfect the theory and practice of PCK.
