Research On Knowledge Emergence Mechanism Of University Subject Groups

From the exploration practice and successful experience of discipline construction in first-class universities at home and abroad,it has become an important way for universities to win competitive advantage to focus on the construction of collaborative discipline groups.It is against this background that the construction of university discipline groups is receiving more and more attention from universities at home and abroad.At the same time,as the main body of knowledge production and creation,how to achieve large-scale knowledge creation has become the key point in the construction of university discipline group.University discipline group is a knowledge system with the characteristics of knowledge ecology,and its process of knowledge creation and development has complex adaptability.Therefore,a systematic and in-depth analysis of discipline group from the perspective of knowledge ecology and complex adaptive system has important theoretical and practical significance.The knowledge ecosystem of subject group is a complex adaptive system with the characteristics of knowledge emergence.Different from traditional knowledge creation of single discipline,knowledge emergence of discipline group is a kind of knowledge creation activity that breaks barriers and integrates organically among different disciplines.It emphasizes scientific research cooperation among scientific research teams within multi-disciplines,and produces the integration of academic ideas and thinking modes through mutual cooperation and knowledge sharing.Exploring the knowledge emergence mechanism of university discipline groups is of great significance to the development of discipline itself and the emergence of new disciplines,so that universities can gain lasting competitive advantages.Firstly,starting with the connotation of subject group and knowledge system of subject group,this paper uses the theory of knowledge ecology for reference to analyze the knowledge ecological attributes of knowledge system of subject group,puts forward an analysis framework of knowledge ecosystem of subject group,and analyses the connotation and characteristics of knowledge ecosystem of subject group.Secondly,the complex adaptability of knowledge ecosystem of university discipline group is analyzed by CSA theory.On this basis,the knowledge emergence of university discipline group is put forward.The connotation and characteristics of knowledge emergence of university discipline group are further analyzed,and the difference between knowledge emergence of discipline group and traditional knowledge creation of single discipline is analyzed.And elaboration.On this basis,the knowledge emergence process of discipline groups is analyzed by combining the knowledge creation process model.Thirdly,based on the analysis of the process of knowledge emergence of subject groups,the key elements of knowledge emergence of subject groups are identified,and the key elements of knowledge emergence of subject groups are concluded that the main body of scientific research cooperation and the external environment are the key elements of knowledge emergence of subject groups,and the interaction between key elements and key elements is analyzed concretely.。 Based on the analysis of key elements,the knowledge emergence model of knowledge ecosystem of subject group is constructed,and the cooperative knowledge emergence mechanism between subject group and external environment is discussed respectively.Fourthly,in the empirical part,Vensim PLE computer simulation software is used to establish the simulation model of knowledge emergence of subject groups,to simulate the mechanism of knowledge emergence of subject groups,to analyze the results and to change the parameters of relevant elements,and to analyze the sensitivity of knowledge subject elements and environmental elements of knowledge emergence of subject groups.The corresponding conclusions are drawn.Finally,the application analysis of the construction of environmental discipline group in H University is carried out,and the process and mode of knowledge emergence in reality are explained with the framework of knowledge ecosystem analysis of discipline group.The mechanism of knowledge emergence of discipline group proposed in this paper is verified,and some pertinent optimization suggestions are put forward for the construction of discipline group in H University.
