The Design And Implementation Of The Network Teaching Management Platform Of Higher Institutes Of Physical Education

With the development of computer aided education and multimedia technology, network teaching platform and curriculum resources have become the new channels of communication and understandingbetween teachers and students in the teaching of college. Compared with thetraditional teaching mode, network teaching platform with flexible interaction, information sharing, the advantages of multimedia content. But at present the development of network teaching platform also exist some problems, such as barriers in information exchange between different subjects, taking no effective use of teaching resources in teaching activities, lacking of scholastic resources contribution and so on.This paper will start from the analysis of the development status of college network teaching administration platform domestic and overseas, and then will focus on the study of existing problems in the network teaching administration platform. Literature research method, questionnaire survey and interviewing method will be used in investigation and analysis of the present status of network teaching platform and course resources in 12 domestic PE colleges. Divided PE major courses into core curriculum and basic courses to build three-dimensional resource library, it guided by communication theory, humanistic theory, blended learning theory and performance evaluation theory, also combined by the peculiarity of new period PE education, education system in Sport College and students in Sport College. Based on the reality of network teaching platform in Sport College, the network teaching platform model should be organic combined by teaching affair administration platform, network teaching platform and digitalized teaching resource library. It also should bond the practical platform model of international famous colleges’ teaching and administration experiences and Blackboard that is a ripe example of network teaching platform. Through the research of the found, release and course administration of Blackboard, it can increase the efficiency of online answering questions and communication, and integrate physical education resources, by which can provide references for future physical education administrator and resource constructor.
