Physical education teaching evaluation is indispensable to the whole teaching activities of sports an important part of it to achieve the goals of physical education teaching,the development and reform of sports teaching,the teaching management of physical education and decision-making,has a vital role. Through consulting many literatures and through combing found that sports teaching evaluation in our country has been the weakest link in the sports teaching activity,although in recent years in study of physical education teaching evaluation has been a rapid development,but there are still many problems needed to resolve,on the one hand,Is a physical education teaching evaluation practice problems,such as physical education teaching evaluation method using the oneness,the lack of diversity evaluation subject,evaluation content of one-sided,on the other hand is the research object of many studies of colleges and universities,research to the elementary school sports teaching evaluation practice few and far between.This paper uses the method of documentation,expert interview method,questionnaire method,mathematical statistics methods,such as city dezhou in the elementary school sports teaching evaluation status quo as the research object,through visiting,phone and questionnaire in dezhou city in the form of 16 primary school teachers,relevant experts,the leaders of each school sports theory has carried on the investigation and interviews,found that dezhou DE urban problems in the elementary school sports teaching evaluation are : 1, Dezhou city primary school physical education teachers in Decheng district is a high qualityteam of Teachers;2,Dezhou city primary school physical education teachers in Decheng district is a high qualityteam of Teachers;3,dezhou DE city elementary school physical education teachers,insufficient understanding of physical education teaching evaluation;4,dezhou poor urban elementary school sports teaching evaluation implementation;5,dezhou city elementary school sports teaching evaluation security system is not sound.Aiming at these problems puts forward improvement Suggestions:1,strengthen the dezhou dezhou city elementary school physical education teachers,the understanding of physical education teaching evaluation;2, students’ development as the core,establish diversification of physical education teaching evaluation model; 3, change the traditional ideas, a comprehensive evaluation;4,standardize the use of physical education teaching evaluation methods,strengthen the awareness of science evaluation;5,improve the physical education teaching evaluation supervision mechanism.
