In recent years, continuing progress has been made on the reform of Chinese curriculum. The evaluation of classroom teaching becomes the new core of the curriculum reform. New rubrics has been established to evaluate Chinese class. The evaluation language of classroom teaching, as one of the important rubrics, needs further investigation.The dissertation compares and analyzes the evaluation language between expert teachers and novice teachers. The methods are references, conversations and inquiring books. The study discusses how the evaluation language is valued, how it is used and the reflection. Generally speaking, expert Chinese teachers make better use of classroom evaluation languages than novice teachers. The differences on the aspects of the language ability, the concept of evaluation, teaching ability and the teaching reflection are the major reasons. In conclusion, novice Chinese teachers should pay attention to improving the language ability and to raising the awareness and the skills of evaluation in classroom teaching; schools and administration should establish the evaluation system for teachers and provide trainings to support novice Chinese teachers in developing their classroom evaluation language.
