Based on the summary of the first three parts,The author adheres to the "three close", close to reality, close to life, close to the students, try to put forward the ideas and methods to solve from constructing a high-quality team of Ideological and political education, cultivating high moral college students,creating a good network environment of ideological and political education,enriching the content of Ideological and political education in university students,improving the method of Ideological and political education work, in order to help to enhance the effectiveness of Ideological and political education under the network background.
