In view of the above problems, this paper puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problems of the national financial aid selection in Colleges and universities in China.. First, the establishment of scientific standards for the poor students define. Secondly, improve the assessment process and methods, and promote the fair of the selection results. Again, strengthen good faith education, the students’ ideal and faith education and students honest faithful moral baseline education combined, strengthen the close cooperation of universities and local government departments, implement the responsibility system.
