Research On Financial Assistance Management Of Impoverished Student In Guangxi Colleges And Universities

Higher education is an important part of education in China.It is an epitome of education equity and social fairness and justice in Colleges and universities.It is an important link to ensure the right to receive education for the impoverished student in Colleges and universities.At present,there are still some problems to be solved in the funding management of impoverished college students in Guangxi,which has become a bottleneck restricting the development of education and the realization of fairness and justice in education.The purpose of this paper is to explore the funding management of impoverished student in Guangxi universities,and to provide theoretical basis and decision-making reference for improving the subsidy management of impoverished student in Guangxi universities.On the basis of analyzing the financial aid management of impoverished student at home and abroad,through questionnaire survey and interview,the situation of impoverished students' financing management in Guangxi colleges and universities is compared,and the status of financial aid management of impoverished student in Colleges and universities in Guangxi is analyzed.It is found that the poor students in Guangxi colleges and universities are difficult to identify the impoverished student.There are some problems,such as the defects in the funding project,the imperfect system of student loan system,the lack of ideological support education for the poor students and the development of the work study system.The research shows that it is necessary to improve the management of impoverished student in Colleges and universities in Guangxi,to achieve fair education in Colleges and universities,to promote social fairness and justice,and to establish a sound system system for the management of poor students in Colleges and universities.Combined with the actual situation,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to promote the management of poor students in Colleges and universities in Guangxi: one is to establish a scientific system of identification of poor students;two is to strengthen the construction of different nature of the University funded projects;the three is to establish a fair national award system for the State Award;the four is to build a perfect student loan system;five is to strengthen thesystem.Psychological counseling for impoverished student in Colleges and universities;six is to improve the management system of work study program.This study will help improve the level of subsidized management of impoverished student in Guangxi,so as to better achieve the goal of fairness and impartiality in education in this region.
