For an in-depth analysis of the problems and development strategies of university students’Network Entrepreneurship in Wenzhou City, this paper based on to university students in Wenzhou city as the research object, through a questionnaire survey, interviews and other methods of investigation, investigation and analysis of university students in Wenzhou city on the network entrepreneurship acceptance, venture capital sources, understanding of the policy, entrepreneurship training, difficulties the urgent demand, future expectations, and many other aspects of the situation, at the same time to have begun to network entrepreneurship of university students conducted in-depth interviews, grasp the problems and shortcomings of network entrepreneurial aspects.
