Research On University Students' Entrepreneurship Support System Based On Entrepreneurial Motivation

Encouraging and supporting college students to set up their businesses is the important measures to promote the country's economic developmentand to ease the employment problem.Nowadays,the state has introduced a number of policies to support college students to start a business.However,compared with foreign countries,because the Entrepreneurship research in our country started late,the supportive policies is not systematic and comprehensive.We are faced with some problems,like lack of practicality and implementation during the practice process,so it is essential to further strengthen the system.By means of literature and market investigation,comparative analysis and other research methods,as well as the combination of several colleges and universities which have been involved in the questionnaire survey of college students.Analyzing the influence factors,from entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial policy environment and so on.Through data analysis,most of entrepreneurial motivation originate from entrepreneurial drive,family or friends,project support funds,strong entrepreneurial interest and desire,need to change the status and other factors.A the same time,the entrepreneurship policy and environment have a great influence on their influences.The obstacles which influence the entrepreneurial motivation and the support system including the complex entrepreneurial environment,the imperfect entrepreneurship policy system,the policy may not be implemented and the unsound policy mechanism and supervision mechanism and other factors.There are many reasons for these problems,the environment is not loose,the Entrepreneurship policy is not complete,the supervision mechanism is not perfect.To solve these problems,based on entrepreneurial motivation,and puts forward some countermeasures for improving college students entrepreneurship support system:first is through the introduction of policies to create a good business atmosphere,improve the policy support system,implement the entrepreneurship policy,establish the College Students' entrepreneurial exit follow-up security mechanism to improve students entrepreneurial motivation;second is to improve the organizational structure of policies implementation,improve the executive body of the executive power and the working efficiency,strengthen the policy implementation of personnel responsibility and the ability to provide support for college students;third is to protect the rights and interests of College students by inspection and supervision.To strengthen the implementation of the policy,to improve policy implementation evaluation mechanisms and accountability system.The sound College students entrepreneurship support system is good for stimulating and guiding students' entrepreneurial motivation,improving the success rate of entrepreneurship,making the university become the platform builder of entrepreneurship,innovation,the contemporary college students become an important participant in the public entrepreneurship,innovation,so as to accelerate the development of the national innovation driven.
