Combined with many other traditional martial arts heritage and the protection situation, a positive declaration of high levels of non material cultural heritage is undoubtedly the best choicetoobtain the further development ofNanwuquan.Based on thispoint, the article of’The intangible cultural heritage protection and inheritance of LuoyangNanwuquan " is formed, we usedliterature method, expert interviewedmethod, on-the-spot investigation method and logic analysis method, to briefly discuss itsorigin anddevelopment process, boxing routines, technology system and style characteristics. Besides, we thoroughlyanalyzedthe practical significance of Nanwuquan’s inheritance and protection on the high level intangible cultural heritage and its problems. Specifically, the main conclusionsare as follows:Firstly,Nanwuquan is collected by themaster Tan Chuduan, which has experienced 840 years,the inheritance of 30 generations and is the only one set of home-boxing, making upan important part of Chinese traditional martial arts system.Secondly,since Nanwuquanhas been passed from generation to generation downface to face, withoutthe boxing records, until in 2006thethirtieth-firstgeneration successor Liu Chengzhuang combinedtheir ownboxing experience,and summed up the "Jingang Health Punch twenty-nine ("Nanwuquan), and then simplifieditto "NanwuquanPunchEighteen ", which wasthe first written set one.Thirdly,Nanwuquaninvolves not onlythe external body movement, but also involves the inherent flavor, thought guidance and control and so on, thus showing skillcharacteristics inside and outside,Next is thatNanwuquan showsthe characteristics of three respects:namely the nature with boxing; Killing with Kindness; and it is impliedwithmedicine, Yin Yang style characteristic of secret and so on.Itcontributes tothe physical fitness, culture communication and ideological education function.The fifth,currently, theboxing inheritance way of the development shows the features of diversity.ithas been listed as the municipal and provincial intangible cultural heritage, but there are still a series of problems to be solved, including lack ofprofessional boxing; the separationof practice and research,the difficultyininheritanceand the filedlimited to Luoyang area; the lack of high level of competition.What’s worse,the lack of adequate and stable funding supportseverely influences itsinheritance,development andprotection.Finally, if we succeedinwinninghigh level intangible cultural heritage, it can help government departments withthe protection of national intangible cultural heritage, inheritance and protection,improve the quality and efficiency of Nanwuquan, on the other hand it can also greatly enhance the influence of Luoyang Nanwuquanand so on.Our suggestions:Firstly,Luoyang municipal government departments shoulddraw upa long-term development plan of five years, ten years or even twenty years, including archiving, preservation, inheritance, communication, protection and so on. They need to identify the relevant measures, the effective implementation of the plan,so that the inheritance and protection can be orderly and efficiently.Secondly. Luoyang city should study and research Nanwuquan,and establish a more diversified Nanwuquaninheritance and protection mechanism, and evendevelop the system, scientific organization target, activity content and activity way and so on. on the otherhand,we also should avoid the emergence of organizational activities become a mere formalityas well asmisunderstanding, distortion or misuse it.Thirdly,Nanwuquanshould be based on the principle of voluntariness on, build up a professional boxing talent team, and constructa system including training plan, training mode, supervision and assessment measures, reward and punishment measures,Next is Luoyang city should actively held high-level boxing competitions, performances and academic research activities, or participate in some national and international tradition martial arts competitions, performances and academic research activities and so on.The fifth, primary school and high school in Luoyang actively develop Nanwuquan and draw up tradition system in the school of a set of integrity and promote the total number of people to practice Nanwuquan, extend inheritance of Nanwuquan and train a spare talented person.Finally,Luoyangcultural administrative departments should actively strive for the local government through financial support, encourage and support enterprises, institutions, social organizations and individuals to donate funds. Based on full respect the boxing native form and culture connotation,Nanwuquancan be related to the recruitment and training, performance art, tourism development to expand the channels of funding sources.
