Analysis Of Variance And Reason On Standard Of Students In University’s Spouse Selection

People’s spouse selection is limited by mortal family and society, so they choose while they select spouse. With society development spouse selectionstandard is changing. University students, as a special group, are affected by social norms and social psychology, so it becomes an important issue to discuss how university students to form standard of spouse selection and what’s the standard based on?This research is themed on students spouse selection and based on eights universities and 1004 availablequestionnaires. Using quantitative research to describe this standard, and using statistical analysis software SPSS19.0(statistical package for social sciences) to make statistics and analysis, in order to show the dynamic process of students spouse selection in four years.Based on the accumulated material, data analysis and modeling, the paper verified the four research hypothesis above: girls pay more attention to material conditions than boys; there’s significant difference between students’ criterion in choosing spouse in different discipline; with the increase of students’ degree of education, they weight more on the partner’s development potential; students with better family economy condition tend to find their mate with better economy condition. And the research failed to find any correlation between love experience and criterion in choosing spouse. Besides, the paper points out that, girls tend to weigh more on material conditions than boys as well as all the other aspects; love experience has nothing to do with mate choosing; minority students pay more attention to their mates’ social conditions, political conditions and economy conditions than students of Han nationality; students from single parent family weigh more on their mates’ social and political conditions.This thesis is researching in four questions: 1, whether students need to change their spouse selection standard; 2, what kind of people is much more popular in spouse selection; 3.how to success when man don’t have a good material condition; 4, how women to success in spouse selection.
