Research On The Times Change Of Teachers’ Home Visiting System And Its Development Trend

Teachers’ Home visiting is regard as a bond of home and school,it encourages the teachers to walk into the students’ home, also enter the students’ heart, as the same time, it makes the face-to-face communication among parents, students and teachers to be come true and plays an irreplaceable role in the field of Education.In order to regulate teachers’ behaviors in the Home visiting and ensure the scientific effectiveness and sustainability of the home visiting, system is the key. Teachers’ Home visiting system has become a basic management routine Of Middle school and Primary school in China, it provides a powerful institutional guarantee for the Teachers’ Home visiting. With the development of society, Teachers’ Home visiting is changing slowly, it is injected with different content. This study tries to discuss the cultural foundation of Teachers’ Home visiting system in our country,on the basis of it, analysis of time change process of Teachers’ Home visiting system in our country, at last,put forward the future development trend of Teachers’ Home visiting system.This paper mainly use the literature method, questionnaire method and interview method.On the basis of the analysis of the culture foundation, collecting and organizing the relevant literature of Teachers’ Home visiting system, focusing on the development characteristic of Teachers’ Home visiting system in different periods of our country;On the basis of comprehensive analysis, put forward the development trend of Teachers’ Home visiting system.Through the analysis of Teachers’ Home visiting system in our country, this study summarizes the three stages of change of Teachers’ Home visiting system, namely: the establishment of the Teachers’ Home visiting system, the fails of Teachers’ Home visiting system, the return of the Teachers’ Home visiting system. On the basis of this,puts forward the six development trend of Teachers’ Home visiting, namely: Teachers’ Home visiting system will become more and more perfect; Teachers’ Home visiting system will pay more and more attention to the combination of a variety of ways; Teachers’ Home visiting system will more and more highlights its humanistic care; Teachers’ Home visiting system will become an important way to achieve parent-school "two-way" cooperation; Teachers’ Home visiting system will promote the realization of the function of family education; Teachers’ Home visiting system will become a booster of the establishment of the learning community.
