Research On The Cyber Ideological And Political Education Management In Colleges And Universities

Since the 1990 s, the rapid development of information technology of the Internet has profoundly changed people’s ways of lives. The network has become an extension of our real life. It provides powerful influence on colleges’ and universities’ ideological and political education also creates a new field. Cyber ideological and political education in colleges and universities is becoming a hotspot for research and has already obtained a wealth of research achievements. However, papers and books that discuss from the perspective of cyber ideological and political education management are rare. Most of the researches are carried out on the basis of elaborating traditional ideological and political education management. It only takes cyber ideological and political education management as a supplement, which resulted in the lack of specialized research in this field. In this paper, cyber ideological and political education management mechanism is set to be the research target. And the research method starts from the category analysis of it, expounds the connotation, characteristics and functions, combs the types of it, and then analyzes the current situation and existing problems of cyber ideological and political education management in colleges and universities. This paper takes UESTC as an example and puts forward some construction approaches to mechanism management. The paper is mainly divided into three parts.The first part is an overview of the theory of cyber ideological and political education management mechanism. Firstly, this paper takes the concepts of management, mechanism and cyber ideological and political education as an aid, analyzing the concept of cyber ideological and political management mechanism. Secondly, it discusses the characteristics and functions of cyber ideological and political education management mechanism. At last it summaries its different types and identifies the intrinsic relationship of management mechanism.The second part is the analysis of theory and current situation of cyber ideological and political education management.At first it elaborates the criterion of cyber ideological and political education management mechanism from the relative knowledge of Marxist theory, internet-based ideological and political education,computer-mediated communication and management. Then this section mainly summarizes the current situation, thus provides realistic basis for the construction of cyber ideological and political education management mechanism.The third part is the construction approaches to cyber ideological and political education management mechanism. This section, at first, is to establish the guiding ideologies,principles,objective and tasks of cyber ideological and political education management mechanism. Then take the example of UESTC and from the practical level, proposing specific measures to construct the management mechanism.
