This paper mainly studies the application of Chinese "National Geographic" in high school geography teaching, the development work of Chinese "National Geographic" Teaching Resources has to be done before the application of the research, in order to promote students by teaching practice after a geographical study, improving the effectiveness of geography teaching purpose.In the course of the study,the author combines the teaching practice, based on the understanding of the domestic and foreign related research present situation and learning theory, puts forward the Chinese "national geography" teaching resources development and utilization of the principles. At the same time of Lian cheng County high school geography teaching Chinese "National Geographic" application status of the investigation, aiming at the existing problems, puts forward the corresponding solutions and summed up the application strategy and method of the journal teaching resources. Finally, through the teaching experiment proves Chinese "National Geographic" used in high school geography teaching, the effectiveness of improving the students’ interest in learning geography and geography learning ability.Although this study has some shortcomings, but for how effective development and utilization of China as "National Geographic" this kind of school geography curriculum resources to promote the effective development of geography teaching has certain guiding significance.
