The relationship between human and land has always been the main line of learning geography,and geography teaching materials are the carrier of learning geography.Therefore,it is necessary to properly illustrate the relationship between the concept of human-land coordination and geography teaching materials.The author combines the concept of human-land coordination with geography teaching materials in junior middle school to study,based on the compare with the geography textbook of Hunan Education Press and British Hodder Education in Junior middle school.The purpose of the thesis is to learn the characteristic methods and advanced experiences in implementing the concept of human-land coordination from the geography textbook in Junior middle school of British Hodder Education,and to provide constructive advice for the teaching reform in China,especially in the writing of the new textbooks based on the concept of human-land coordination.The whole thesis includes three parts: the introduction,the main text and the conclusion,which basically follows the route of putting forward problems,analyzing problems and solving problems.The introduction part expounds the background and current situation of this research,clearly clarifies the theoretical value and practical value of this research,presents the research methods and route of this research and analyze the related concepts by the literature research method.In the main text,the author analyzes the characteristic of two edition junior middle school textbook on selecting topic from the perspective of the concept of human-land coordination by using the contrast analysis method and the case analysis method.The theme of the textbook of Hunan Education Press can not only reflects the requirements of international education,but also bases on China's national conditions.The textbook pays little attention to human's impact on environment,and not much space in the book.In the implementation of “harmony between environment and human”,the idea of is following “presentting contradictions---solving contradictions”,lack of the link of analyze contradictions,leading to a discount in the implementation of it.The British Hodder Education textbook needs to strengthen its richness of theme selection.But the proportion of the “environment's impact on human” and “human's impact on environment ” is relatively harmonious.In the implementation of “harmony between environment and human”,the ideal is following “presentting contradictions-analyzing contradictions---solving contradictions”,which is beneficial for students to build a complete chain of thinking.The author analyzes the characteristics of the two edition junior middle school textbook presentation from the perspective of the concept of human-land coordination.The implementation of “environment's impact on human” in the textbook of Hunan Education Press is mainly based on the text,with reading and activities as supplementary approaches.There is little contents about “human's impact on environment”,and no special topic,no material column.There is an incomplete phenomenon in implementation of the “harmony between environment and human”.The British Hodder Education textbook carries out the influence of“environment's impact on human” by means of interaction of activities ? going further ?geographical skills?Fieldwork: get out there,sets up a topic for implementing the “human's impact on environment”,and implements “harmony between environment and human” by writing thematically.Conclusion summarizes the characteristics and good practice of two geography textbook in implementing the concept of human-land coordination,puts forward some suggestions on writing geography teaching material in junior school,and shows cases that can further explain the enlightenment.A few suggestions on the implementation of the concept of human-land coordination in Chinese teaching materials are these: First,choose topics that can meet the requirements of The Times and reflect the common concerns of people today,and consider the proportion of the content in the textbook;second,use the form of combination of picture and text to rich the expression forms,and integrate column setting to develop students' different skills.The future part points out the shortcomings of this research and puts forward the prospect of the further development of this research.
