The academic adaptability of Research University students not only affect students’academic achievement, but also related to our ability to develop high-quality innovative talents into a world-class university. Thus students’academic adaptability of research universities is a very important research topic.In this study, we take Nanjing University as a research university case. Randomly select 230 freshmen to senior year of undergraduates as study objects. Give priority to Feng Tingyong’s college students’learning adaptability scale, prepare undergraduates’ academic adaptability questionnaire. Mainly use the method of questionnaire to study the research university students’ academic adaptability level. SPSS 16.0 used for data processing tools.Select a total of 12 students in four grades on the basis of the questionnaire survey as Interview samples. The purpose of the interview survey is to learn more about the research university students’academic adaptability and have a deep-level discussion on impacts of research universities students learn adaptive factors as well as students’opinions, attitudes, and emotional on academic adaptability.The purpose of this study is to learn research university students’ overall learning performance on the adaptive level, and to have a deep research on students’ academic performance on various factors. We want to learn more about academic adaptive features of the research university students through data analysis and interviews survey results.The research hypotheses and research question is:(1) According to the study of Feng Tingyong professor, students’ academic college students’entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention relationship between research, scholars seldom involve.This study focuses on the Nanjing University undergraduate occupation development intention and entrepreneurial intention of entrepreneurial intention, influence factors, and confirmed that the business model and entrepreneurial self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intention significantly effect.Based on the review of relevant research at home and abroad on the basis of the theory of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial self-efficacy model and defines the concept, and reviews the domestic and foreign about entrepreneurial self-efficacy and measurement of dimension, and then put forward the research hypothesis.This paper adopts the method of questionnaire investigation, using SPSS 17.0 statistics software were descriptive statistics, inferential statistical analysis.The results show that:the model and entrepreneurial self-efficacy on Undergraduates entrepreneurial intention have significant positive correlation; the education level and type of work of the father and family economic status in the undergraduate after different period has different effect; undergraduate personal characteristics will affect the entrepreneurial intention, in which the role of gender in the remarkable; undergraduate students in school during the attend practice will also affect their entrepreneurial intention.The conclusion of this paper is the government should continue to increase the college students entrepreneurship policy, funding and support of public opinion; college through rich entrepreneurial education, optimize poineering education means, perfect the course system of enterprise education and ways to cultivate university students entrepreneurial self-efficacy.These measures of strengthening the students’ entrepreneurial intention, regulating students’ entrepreneurial behavior, raise poineering successful rate has an important role, and to some extent, alleviate the employment pressure, maintaining social stability.The results of the study show that:(1)The research university students have the worst adaptability in the learning environment. (2)The research university students show the best performance on teaching mode adaptability. (3)The differences of research university students overall academic adaptability in students’sex, grades and the students’background is not significant. (4)The differences of research university students overall academic adaptability in the satisfaction of student’s school and read professional is significant. (5)The research university students’motivation adaptability have significant differences on parents level of education, and students’ overall academic adaptability have significant differences on mother’s level of education.
