The era of mobile Internet, news app has fundamentally affect the morphology and the mode of information dissemination, information ecology system and its system structure are changing. In this context, to explore the key factors influencing the adoption of news app, whether it is the transformation and upgrading of traditional news media or for information communication theory development all has the extremely vital significance, also has gradually become the focus of attention of the news industry and academia.This paper uses the methods of literature analysis and empirical research, based on extensive literature review, then starting from the basic theory of information technology adoption, and use the theories of communication, closely around the two basic questions: what are the key factors that affect user adoption of mobile news app? What factors influence user adoption intention in different levels?? The main contributions of this study are as follows.First of all, on the behavior modeling of technology adoption research perspective as the starting point, combined with the characteristics of mobile news app, three application level mobile news app, namely, information acquisition, information provision and exchange of views as three dimensions of adoption intentions, and at the same time, innovation diffusion theory, the uses and gratifications theory and the technology acceptance model and the related theory, combined with existing research results, explores the network externality, subjective norm, relative advantage, compatibility, content quality, service quality, self-efficacy and perceived trust of the eight factors, and build a mobile phone news client acceptance model of College students. Explore on the basis of the key factors affecting student adoption of mobile news app, and factor analysis of these key influence in different mobile news client application effects of different levels.Secondly, on the basis of the model construction, the sample data were collected and processed, combined with empirical data, the analysis model hypothesis is obtained significant support data. The results shows that, the key factors influencing the adoption of mobile news app are compatibility, trust, perceived quality, network externalities and the relative advantage. At the same time, in different dimensions of the factors affecting the adoption intention are significantly different, the key factors affect access level information for compatibility, relative advantage and perceived trust, content quality; influence key factor level information for compatibility, relative advantage, content quality, perceived trust and network externality effects; obtaining key factor level information for compatibility, subjective norms, quality of service and network externalities.Finally, according to the key factors influencing the adoption of mobile news app, for mobile operators, mobile application service providers in particular content providers, and each media provides a simple reference, attempts to provide a possible way to upgrade for the transformation of the media.
