Objective:The purpose of this study is providing bases to improve bone mineral density of middle-school students in Fuzhou by comparing the differences of bone mineral density between middle-school students of emigrant workers and urban middle-school students in Fuzhou and exploring the reasons of the differences. Methods:The objects of the study are middle-school students from Minjiang University and the seventh middle school in Fuzhou. The main methods include literature research methods, questionnaire survey method, test method and mathematical statistics method.Results:1. Bone mineral density of middle-school students of emigrant workers are significantly lower than urban middle-school students.2. "Low bone mineral density" rate of male students of migrant workers is significantly higher than that of urban middle-school students.3. For each age group, bone mineral density of female is significantly larger than male.Conclusion:1.The reason for the deference of bone migrant density between male students of migrant workers and urban male students lies in the differences of body weight, whether drinking soda every week, whether taking calcium sustainably for six months or longer and whether exercising every week.2. The reason for the deference of bone migrant density between female students of migrant workers and urban female students lies in the differences of body weight, strength, whether drinking soda every week, whether vegetarians, drinking soda every week, wither taking calcium sustainably for six months or longer and whether exercising every week.
