Study On Docking Of Enterprise Culture And Campus Culture

This thesis is aimed on seeking for an effective way to dock the enterprise culture with the campus culture based on analyzing and comparing the external and internal cultures of enterprise and campus. Try to use the successful experience gained by enterprise culture to guide the management of modern university. Especially try to use the enterprise culture conception to guide our campus culture construction, and explore the methods of constructing new style of campus culture, which can make the university educating mode much better to adapt the society and realize the educating goals of modern university. In this thesis, I've used several methods such as parallel, combination of the qualitative analysis method and quantitative analysis method and analyse of cases.Firstly, make definitions of the meaning of enterprise culture and campus culture, analyze their detailed content and structure. Simultaneously discuss the courses and content of constructing enterprises and campus enterprises in detail and also make a comprehensive summary and estimation of the functions of the two cultures.Secondly, by comparative analysis between enterprise culture and campus culture, find out the differences on main bodies, goals, and approaches as well as the differences of ideas, value, competitive conceptions and teamwork concept. At the same time excavate the interlinked places, seek the breakthrough point for the effective docking.Thirdly, analyze the feasibility of the docking of enterprise culture and the campus culture according to the connections between these two cultures and the requests that enterprise culture has to the campus culture, and propose a plan for the docking, simultaneously make a more exhaustive expatiation to the implementation ways of the plan.Finally, by study on the demonstration of campus culture construction, and analyze and summarize some successful and valuable experiences of common values construction, cultural atmosphere and environmental construction. At last based on analyzing the present situation and orientation of Yanshan campus culture, which can be applied to make some detailed ideas and plans. Hopefully by writing this thesis, can provide some valuable ideas for the campus construction of Yanshan University.
