The position of moral education in the university would chuck away if it can not go with time. In the history of the development of the moral education in the university, the direct moral education has brought the positive effect ever. But with the continuous development of society, the new environments and objects raised new demands to the moral education in the university. In this context, Basing on the Culture Education Theory, the cultural thoughts and the power of the culture should be used for reviewing and perfecting the moral education of the colleges. Campus culture is different from other social values in the way of thinking and behavior, a spiritual atmosphere and sense of community colleges with university teachers and students on campus featured in the long process of education practice created. As a spiritual force, brand building campus culture, shaping the moral quality of university students has a very important influence and role.Based on a way of thinking, this article attempts to demonstrate the impact on brand-building campus culture and moral quality of university students. Firstly, analysis the Connotation and the content of the campus culture brand and the moral character theoretically, then analysis the consistency both in theory and practice between them. Secondly, propose the duel effect of the campus culture brand to the colleges’ moral character, and analysis the reason of it. Finally, fall to the practice level, For lack of brand-building campus culture that exist in the current, Proposed countermeasures of Strengthening the construction of campus culture brand and improving the effectiveness of students’ moral quality education, such as Establish brand awareness, Clear brand positioning, enhance brand value and strengthen brand management, focusing on brand communication.
