As we all know,the campus culture of higher vocational colleges has an important significance in cultivating compound talents."Guidance" and "demonstration" are two major functions of Higher Vocational Colleges in educating people.The construction of campus culture brand is a means and way to give full play to the educational function of campus culture through brand building and cultural management.The purpose is to make up for the imperfections in campus culture and carry out the three-dimensional brand building.Topics worthy of further discussion.Firstly,based on the literature theory of campus culture brand building at home and abroad,taking the brand construction of "health culture" in Fujian bioengineering Career Technical College as the main example,this paper analyzes the achievements of the brand building of campus culture in recent years through the methods of cultural management,education management and so on.And from the cognitive level and content level,it points out the main problems and analyzes the reasons leading to these problems.The main problems are lack of brand characteristics,lack of brand innovation,lack of brand external publicity,and lack of brand culture atmosphere.The main reasons leading to the above problems are not accurate positioning,lack of awareness of brand,lack of humanistic quality education,shortage of manpower and material resources,and lack of individualized development plan.Finally,from the perspective of cultural management,it puts forward relevant policy recommendations,which mainly include defining the development goals of the brand,enhancing the level of understanding of the brand,strengthening the construction of the humanistic environment,strengthening the construction of new media,and persisting in educating people with culture,so as to fully realize the positive role of the brand building of campus culture in the development of higher vocational colleges.
