This thesis mainly explores the background of the “chain school”. The text of the programme is introduced, and the progress and outcomes of the policy are analyzed. Based on these, the programme is evaluated.The background of the current international education reform is to pay attention to the quality of education, the degree of attention to the balanced development of the basic education is increasing.
