Research On The Legal Status Of Chinese Basketball Association

Due to years of administrative system and the concept of thinking, the Chinese Basketball Association and other individual sports associations in the legal nature and status of our country is not very clear. The related laws and regulations and internal regulations, system is not perfect. Since the motion law of the sports market and the respect, understanding is not enough and the industry association, the definition and development of backward so that these problems are more difficult to investigate and solve. Therefore, this article explores the legal status of the Chinese Basketball Association, and to improve this problem gives some thoughts and suggestions.This article includes introduction, body, conclusion of three parts, the main contents are as follows:The first chapter is mainly an overview of the basic situation, the Chinese Basketball Association, the China Association of the root and the background, the Chinese Basketball Association, the Chinese Basketball Association’s development and changes in the target tasks and responsibilities and the power source of the Chinese basketball association.The second chapter: on the basis of the legal status of the Chinese Basketball Association, focusing on analysis of the provisions of the relevant laws and regulations, the existing problems and deficiencies and the cause of these problems the reason behind.The third chapter: the legal status of the Chinese Basketball Association to explore the theoretical background and relevant foreign experience, introduces the theory of government failure, market failure theory and some of the legal principle, the Basketball Association in defining the legal nature and status and the related experience is analyzed.The fourth chapter: according to the demand of the development of theory and system of the Chinese Basketball Association and other individual sports associations, combined with the current situation and the social development studies and probes into the perfection of the legal status, the Chinese Basketball Association and the relevant laws and regulations of the system.
