In this paper, firstly, the author poses questions in accordance with the actual education situation of Zhidan County; secondly, through literature review, the study background of teaching reflection of domestic and foreign teachers is presented, and on this basis, the reflection and teaching reflection are discussed, as well as the content, methods, classification, evaluation criteria, characteristics, etc. of the teaching reflection; thirdly, on the basis of summary analysis of questionnaires and interview drafts, the situation of the teaching reflection of the primary school teachers in Zhidan County is analyzed, the problems existing in their teaching refection are proposed, for example, the cognition in teaching reflection is superficial, the reflection awareness is weak, reflection methods are old and simple, reflection is mainly conducted after class, the schools fail to create a good atmosphere for reflection, etc., and then the factors influencing the effective teaching reflection of the primary school teachers are analyzed from the subjective and objective aspects; finally, starting from the local conditions, and referencing the excellent domestic and foreign teaching reflection examples, the author propose subjective and objective reflection countermeasures and suggestions on promoting the teachers’ teaching reflection ability and level. Subjective countermeasure: 1) to change the traditional education concepts, and establish a correct education concept; 2) to enhance the teaching reflection awareness, and develop good reflection habit; 3) to broaden the active reflection ways, and improve the reflection effect; 4) to improve the self-efficacy. Objective countermeasures: 1) to create a good atmosphere for teaching reflection; 2) to form the example power through the leaders’ reflection; 3) to promote teaching reflection through modern educational technologies; 4) to create the power system for teaching reflection.The author hopes through the investigation and study of teaching reflection of the primary school teachers in Zhidan County, to propose effective countermeasures for solving the problems in the teaching reflection of the local teachers, drive effective teaching reflection strategies, and constantly promote the professional development of teachers.
