Since 1980's, There is a new thought which advocacy"reflection"to promote teacher development in Europe and United.It is called on"reflection"ideas. Many studies show that reflection on theprofessional development of teachers play a role in promoting.A new roundof curriculum reform of basic education given teachers'job new meaningand requirements, teachers must change their original teaching conceptsand teaching methods ,and set up a new concept of suitable teaching methods.Therefore the majority of teachers must be actively engaged in teachingreflection, and strive to become a reflective teacher, achieve their ownprofessional development.Blog as a new Way exchange of information is being extensiveattention from people. How to effectively Using Blog's personalitycharacteristics - Record, reflection, interaction, services in educationand teaching, are practical significance topics in the field ofeducation.Create a personal Blog is a very good way for teachers to reflecton, there are what problems exist when the teachers using Blog to reflecton, how to guide the teachers development better and better based on theBlog to reflect, these problems must be solved based on the Blog aboutteaching reflection, this paper summarized the status of basicresearch,and designed the training programs ,and done some training atChengguan District of Lanzhou City and County of Zhangye City Linze, atthe end of the first phase of training, the author through questionnairesurveys and analysis the log written by the teachers on the Blog, researchthe application of teaching reflection based Blog of Primary and secondaryschool teachers.This paper mainly include the following: First, summarized therelated research status,and designed the training programs, and pilot atChengguan District of Lanzhou City and County of Zhangye City Linze"setup the network environment using interactive teaching in urban and ruralareas of specialization ability to study the joint development of models Project". Second, at the end of the first phase of training,the authorthrough questionnaire surveys and analysis the log written by the teacherson the Blog, and found the problems of the teaching reflection whichbased on the Blog, for enable the teachers better to use the Blog to reflecton teaching in the next phase of training, and promote the professionaldevelopment of the teachers, the outhor advance specific proposals andmeasures. The last, the author of the thesis research conducted reflection,summed up the thesis research results, problems and further research.
