The Countermeasures Of Hidden Curriculum From The Perspective Of College Students’ Entrepreneurial Personality Cultivation

In recent years, entrepreneurship education has attracted more and more attention from the government, society and education, and they have done a lot of useful exploration and practice. However, combined with the implementation of the current view, the implementation effect of entrepreneurship education in China is unsatisfactory. Although the state vigorously develop entrepreneurship education and promulgated a series of policies and measures to encourage entrepreneurship,but entrepreneurship education has been mistaken for imparting kinds of strategies and skills of entrepreneurship of to the students in many colleges and universities.And students are encouraged to set up every kind of company. The philosophy of education, which thought entrepreneurship education and the cultivation of entrepreneurial have no difference, leads to college students’ lack of the non rational factor faith, character, morality and so on.As relatively stable psychological characteristics, these have a strong influence on entrepreneurs’ thoughts, emotion, and behavior during the process of learning and practice.In view of this, this article is going to study entrepreneurial personality from the perspective of current environment of entrepreneurship education and the reality of the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education in China,and make the demand of entrepreneurs and the lack of entrepreneurship of college students as the main goal. In this process, through the analysis and investigation to the personality traits of college students during the entrepreneurial activity,by studying on the propagation of hidden curriculum. By the way, we are going to confirm the differences in personality traits between different entrepreneurs in our campus, and mainly focus on the way to strengthen the construction of hidden curriculum which benefit the entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities. Eventually, the purpose of the study is to perfect the personality of entrepreneurs and promote the effective implementation of entrepreneurship education.
