An entrepreneurial economy with entrepreneurial spirit and entrepreneurial activities as the key drivers of economic growth is also important for enhancing independent innovation capability,transforming economic growth mode,and expanding social employment,and is also vital to the country's economic development and prosperity.In recent years,the enrollment rate of college students in China has obviously improved,and the group of college students has played an increasingly important role in the new wave of innovation and entrepreneurship.The research on the entrepreneurship of college students has become a hot topic in entrepreneurship research in recent years.What is the entrepreneurial intention of College students? how is it? In what ways can the formation of college students' entrepreneurial will be promoted? What is the significance and value of entrepreneurial learning? What other factors influence the role of these learning and education mechanisms? In-depth study of these issues not only has theoretical value,but also has very important practical significance.This paper takes potential entrepreneurs-college students as the research object,analyses the relationship between entrepreneurship learning and entrepreneurship willingness of College students,and through empirical research,deeply analyses the formation path of College Students' entrepreneurship willingness.In the process of research,the personality traits were introduced as the adjustment variables,and the influence of college students' entrepreneurial learning on the formation of entrepreneurial will was analyzed.Specifically,firstly,this study defines and combs the relevant concepts and theories,reviews the current research situation at home and abroad,and on this basis,constructs a research model of entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial willingness,puts forward 10 hypotheses,and compiles a survey scale and questionnaire based on the existing maturity scale and actual survey.Secondly,five universities in Nanjing were selected to carry out empirical research.924 valid questionnaires were collected and analyzed by sample composition analysis,descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis.The relationships among variables in the study were obtained.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)There are differences in some dimensions of entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial willingness among students of different genders,grades,majors and friends.(2)Entrepreneurial learning has a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial willingness.Entrepreneurial learning consists of three dimensions: cognitive learning,empirical learning and practical learning.Different dimensions have different degrees of impact on College Students' entrepreneurial willingness.(3)Personality traits have a positive moderating effect between entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial willingness.Personality traits include extroversion,agreeableness,responsibility,neuroticism and openness.Among them,extroversion,responsibility and openness effectively enhance college students' entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial willingness,while the moderating role of agreeableness and neuroticism between entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial willingness is not supported.Finally,according to the conclusions of the statistical analysis,from the aspects of government,society,universities and students themselves,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for cultivating students' entrepreneurship willingness.
