The Empirical Study To The Impact Of Outwardbound Upon Enterprise Team Cohesion

The most important competition is the teamwork in 21 st century, with development of the increasing economic globalization, the competition of market economy becomes more and fiercer, so are the demand of enterprises for perfect teams. However, Traditional training team has failed to meet the high standards of corporate requirements, this time to expand training is coming into being.Outward Bound Training is a new way to hone their will, improve relationships between persons around themselves, create a harmonious team, improve team cohesion, and other features are quickly recognized by public enterprises.Outward Bound Training is rapidly developing in China, but the terms of the theoretical system is not perfect, this study is based on learning from previous studies.In order to support my study, 20 enterprises to expand the training team have been surveyed. Literature, questionnaire mathematical statistics and other research methods Have been used to expand the training empirical study team cohesion influence, through the expansion of impact on corporate team execution, collaboration force, management strength, culture, leadership training analysis,Which reveal Bound enhance team cohesion is important to clarify the enterprise development training team cohesion and impact the mechanism for enterprises to team cohesion training to provide new ideas, expand the training to build team cohesion in the enterprise,laying the foundation for further development. As can be known from this study, conclusions are as follows:1、The cohesion index of most corporate teams are in middle low level, It is time to be improved2、Outward Bound Training has a positive impact on the various elements of the enterprise evaluation team cohesion varying degrees, meanwhile, it also shows that Outward Bound Training has a positive impact on the enterprise to enhance team cohesion index.3、However, the enhance of team cohesion index among different nature of the business team before and after training are basically the same, indicating that the business team to expand the training to enhance the cohesion of the process will not be affected by the nature of the enterprise4、Corporate team train their teamwork each year in a different frequency, the enhance of team cohesion index is significantly different.when conditions allowing, enterprises to expand the training may be appropriate to increase the frequency.5、The importance of corporate team cohesion is not the same for each evaluation factor, with the condition of weak team cohesion, In order to quickly improve team cohesion, it is a wise choice to expand training programs targeted...
