The self-efficacy and mentors play important role in education of postgraduate. In the process of graduate student self-efficacy formation, the interaction between tutor and student should not be ignored. The students own factors, mentor’s behavior, relationship between graduate students and the guidance of tutor, the emotion of graduate student and so on put influence on the cultivate process.In this paper, based on the self-efficacy theory, Mainly selected the questionnaire survey to the master graduate student of several universities in Guangdong province, through statistical analysis, master graduate student’s satisfaction of their mentor, the satisfaction of themselves and academic self-efficacy are discussed, the research conclusions are as follow:Graduate student individual part characteristics in guiding relationship satisfaction and feelings of satisfaction and academic performance differences on academic self-efficacy. And the longer the duration of reciprocal relationships, the better the relationship; Boys and students research in science and engineering, published papers or attended a conference feel stronger; Research three, long and mentor relationship duration, published papers or participated in the conference of master’s academic self-efficacy is higher.Direct relationship satisfaction, academic feelings of satisfaction and academic self-efficacy positively correlated at 0.01 significant level. Among them, guide relationship satisfaction is positively correlated with student attitude recognition, mentors, way, time, content and so on; School feel satisfaction and student’s learning attitude, effort positive correlation; Academic self-efficacy positively correlated to self-confidence, and negatively correlated to difficulties. Relationship satisfaction and academic satisfaction can explain and predict academic self-efficacy.
