The new round of industrial revolution and industrial change has a profound impact on the whole human society,and knowledge shows a trend of integration.As the core of education,knowledge is constantly evolving and upgrading,which drives the modern branch knowledge system to integrate gradually.Graduate education is at the highest level of education.As the engine of building an educational power,it plays an important role in cultivating high-quality innovative talents.It not only affects the cultivation of high-level innovative talents,but also affects the improvement of education quality in other stages.Compared with other education stages,which mainly focus on learning and receiving knowledge,the stage of graduate education is the stage of knowledge creation.The quality of the stage depends on whether to keep up with the development of the times and accurately grasp the pulse of knowledge evolution.In this new situation,it is urgent for us to re understand education and knowledge,and examine the current postgraduate education and postgraduate training under the re understanding of knowledge and education.More directly,we need to know the tutor who is the first person responsible for postgraduate training.In the new era,under the situation of new demand for graduate education,higher requirements are put forward for tutors.What changes need to be made in tutors’ guidance methods,guidance concepts,guidance paths,etc.to adapt to the development trend of the new era.This is an urgent problem to be answered in order to improve the quality of graduate education.Combing the existing studies,it is found that there is less exploration in this direction.Based on this,this study based on the knowledge of finance perspective,through the tutor to guide behavior five case studies,from a mentor to guide the two aspects of what and how to guide students to observe and reflect on,trying to today’s postgraduate work status,facing the situation,especially the big financing way to guide students to the impact of knowledge and the challenge,etc.,What are the mentors experiencing in guiding students,and what supportive policies are called for,so as to deepen the in-depth understanding of the working state of the mentors,and to reflect on the relevant issues of today’s graduate education.The results showed that: In terms of what to guide and how to guide,the tutor shows the trend of integration,integration and situational orientation,but the basic idea is still the idea of subject knowledge system.Some of them have made great breakthrough in the way of tutor’s guidance.They have jumped out of the thinking framework of subject knowledge and tried new ways and means of large span and large integration.However,they are faced with difficulties from different aspects such as students’ change and environmental support.The results show that deep-seated knowledge and interdisciplinary thinking are increasingly becoming the internal driving forces that affect the change of tutor’s guidance mode.From the perspective of knowledge integration,tutor’s guidance behavior shows a trend from sub to integration.This is a new trend in the way of tutor guidance,which is especially worthy of research and attention.At the same time,it also suggests that the tutor guidance needs to get rid of the influence of the traditional mode of thinking.In the new era,to promote the connotation development of tutor guidance,we need to start from the change of knowledge view.From the perspective of knowledge evolution,this study explores how tutors guide graduate students in the new era,provides a new perspective and new connotation for academic research in the field of graduate education in the new era,and provides a reference for the discussion of graduate education reform in the new era.
