A Statisfaction Research Of Teaching And Life In College Student Based On Inventory And Weibo

College students are High-level Talents. With the development of Chinese higher education cause, the objective and exact evaluation method of higher education and management become important. Among them, evaluating the student satisfaction is now being an important method of evaluating the colleges and universities. However, when we use the student satisfaction inventory to evaluate the student satisfaction, some problem such as the difficulty, the big cost, and the inaccuracy of collecting data exist. To solve this problem, this paper propose a new objective method to evaluate the student satisfaction of Chinese colleges and universities. This method is based on the traditional inventory, using the data mining method of student satisfaction information on weibo. The main contents of this paper are:Firstly, we use a new inventory which use the SSI for reference to carry out student satisfaction investigation in the quality of teaching and campus life in H college. We analysis the problem in the quality of teaching and campus life, ranking the related indexes, and so we get the Challenges and the Strengths. We also get the important score, the satisfaction score and the performance gap score. This provide the basis for the comparative analysis later.Secondly, we construct a new method to evaluate the student satisfaction on weibo. We collect 211357 related weibo text across the API interface which is provided by Sina Weibo and compose a data base of H college undergraduate student weibo text. Then, we use the method of word2 vec to make texts into vectors, computing the similarities of the texts in vector space and sort them. Based on this, we get the related weibo texts of the topic of quality of teaching and campus life. After this, we analyse the the student satisfaction of quality of teaching and campus life, getting the Challenges and Strengths, the important score, the satisfaction score, and the performance gap score. At last, we construct a Three-classification model of satisfaction using the DBN classifier. This provide a automated tools for colledge satisfaction evaluation.Finally, we make a comparative analysis between the two results above, and get the problem of the quality of teaching and campus life. We propose some suggestions and management views. The research in this paper can solve the problem of collecting data when using inventory, so we can monitor and investigate the student satisfaction conveniently, timely and effectively.
