Research On The Evaluation Index Of Microlecture Based On User's Satisfaction

In recent years,with the development and popularization of network communication technology,cloud computing and mobile intelligent terminal,it has caused the change of communication way,learning style,working style and life style.The contemporary college students have innovated the development of curriculum,teaching and examination mode of the internal demand,so that Microlecture came into being,the development of education information to deepen a hot issue.Various schools and related departments at different levels have gradually realized that,to meet the needs of personnel training in the information age,they have explored new teaching and learning models through the design and development of Microlecture.As a curriculum cell of the information age,people always have the expectation before using.Microcosm can meet the needs of the users,meet the users' expectation and make the user's satisfied.Therefore,the evaluation of Microlecture should be from the user point of view,not only to evaluate the quality and value of Microlecture,but also to assess whether the micro-user needs to meet.In view of China's Microlecture evaluation of colleges and universities has just started,the current urgent need to build a scientific,practical,comprehensive evaluation system for Microlecture in order to guide the sustainable normal development of Microlecture.This research mainly uses the literature research method,the interview method,the Delphi method,the questionnaire survey method and so on.At first,the Microlecture evaluation index system based on User's Satisfaction is put forward.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of microteaching in colleges and universities,the evaluation factors of Microlecture in colleges and universities are found out.Based on the theory of User's Satisfaction,the paper aims to meet the needs of university users.On the basis of predecessors,Second,modify and improve the evaluation index system.Through the questionnaire survey,the author collected the opinions of experts of micro-assessment,used to investigate the framework of the evaluation index system and the rationality of the index.The reliability and validity of the evaluation index system were verified by the reliability and validity of the evaluation index system.Thirdly,the weight of index system is analyzed and the evaluation index system is determined.By using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)software Yaahp,the hierarchical structure model is established,the judgment matrix,the consistency test and the judgment matrix are calculated.The weights of the evaluation index system are obtained in four steps,and finally the analysis based on User's Satisfaction.Evaluation index system.Finally,the evaluation index system is used for empirical research.This evaluation index system is used to evaluate the Microlectur in colleges and universities,and to verify the operability,rationality and scientificity of the evaluation index system.It is found that the evaluation index system of Microlecture based on User's Satisfaction is composed of three first-level indicators,namely user expectations,perceived quality and perceived value.Perceptual quality includes three second-level indicators,namely,content-aware,functional-perceived and service-perceived;perceived value contains two second-level indicators,namely,perceived value,perceived value,perceived value,perceived value,Respectively are easy to learn and use efficiently.The study further divided the eight secondary indexes into 25 third-level indexes,and described the use and scoring of the whole evaluation index system in detail.The conclusion of the empirical research is that the evaluation index system of Microlecture based on user satisfaction can evaluate and measure microcosmic works from the perspective of user satisfaction,which has certain scientificalness and applicability.The innovation of this study lies in the user's point of view to meet the user needs to build a Microlectur evaluation indicators to make up for the previous study of the neglect of the needs of users of the problem,for future micro-evaluation of research to provide a new Research perspective and evaluation dimensions.
