With the deepening of new curriculum reform of high school biology, the updating of concept of teaching biology and rebuilding of the goal about teaching biology. It had raised a higher request about teaching design. It’s related to the teaching quality. We need a new teaching design to guide teaching in high school biology. The theory of Constructivism had a new teaching method to biology teaching of high school. It was adapted to the need of society and curriculum reform.In this article, through the questionnaire investigation about the present situation of high school biology teaching design, investigation of 11 high school of 88 high school biology teachers, analyzes the results of the survey, points out problems existing in the high school biology teaching design, combining with related theory, constructivism learning theory and teaching design is put forward under the guidance of constructivism learning theory and method, on the basis of these theories constructed under the guidance of constructivism learning theory of high school biology teaching design, and then communicate with teacher to modify and perfect for many times, the instructional design in instructional design to avoid the problems existing in the traditional teaching design, and will build a new teaching design is applied to real biological classroom teaching, through the paper and pencil tests and questionnaire survey to control class and experimental class’ s and grade’s student’s academic performance, biological interest in learning and learning ability test results before and after statistical analysis, interviews with individual students, the experimental results show that in the experimental class USES the constructivism learning theory to construct the design of high school biology teaching in biological teaching of all students before learning grade point average of 60.88 points to 68.96 points, biological before learning interest level grade point average of 19.80 points to 27.90 points, before learning ability level grade point average of 28.03 points to 33.23 points. Article related case teaching, the teacher can according to their own teaching style or direct application or application or modified according to the case of other chapters to carry on the design, easy to operate.
