Studies On The Management Performance Evaluation Of The Intangible Assets Of University

Intangible assets management is an important content of university assets management.The management level of intangible assets is directly related to the reputation,and the level of teaching and researching,and the ascension of social service ability.Reasonable performance management of intangible assets in colleges and universities is of great significance to promote the university reform and development.In the process of college assets management in our country, there are different degrees of the existence of recognition of the importance of intangible assets,attaching great importance to the management of tangible properties but despising the intangible, imperfect performance evaluation system,and theoretical study such outstanding problems as inadequate.Therefore,studies on performance evaluation of university intangible assets management and promoting efficiency of management have important theoretical and realistic significance.This paper analyzed the research status at home and abroad,studied the basic theories and policy-making of university intangible assets management and performance evaluation.In allusion to the mainly university intangible assets management problems that exist in the process,combining with the intangible assets management theory and practice and the existing problems and according to four aspects—the combination of qualitative and quantitative,the combination of universality and individuality,the combination of absolute volume and per ca-pita,the combination of scale and quality to choose the intangible asset management performance evaluation index.According by analytic hierarchy process(ahp) to give the weight and calculate the corresponding points,the author eliminates some indexes which have little impact on theintangible asset management performance,forming the index system which can be used for university intangible assets management performance evaluation,and introducing the radar analysis of university intangible assets management performance evaluation.Finally,make X university as an empirical, the author collected the actual data in 2012-2014 of the intangible assets management performance evaluation,combining with the questionnaire and expert scoring,verifying the feasibility of the evaluation model of index system of university intangible assets management performance.According to the problems in the research process, the author puts forward to strengthen the management of intangible assets in institutions of higher education, and improve the level of performance management of countermeasures and suggestions:(1)valuing intangible assets management;(2)improving the management work according to the performance evaluation of university intangible assets management;(3)strengthening the construction of university intangible assets management team;(4)strengthening the university intangible assets classification management;(5)improving and perfecting the transforming rules of university intangible assets;(6)accelerating the legal system construction of university intangible assets management.Research results will help guide to strengthen the timely transformation of scientific and technological achievements of colleges and universities, and promote the production ability, and train more innovative high-tech talent who has reference value.
