Eesearch On Intangible Assets Management Of N University

With the development of knowledge-based economy,the importance of intangibles is obvious in the daily management of colleges and universities,which has become the key factor in shaping the core competence of colleges and universities,and is the important support for universities to achieve leapfrog progress and sustainable development.Strengthening the management of intangibles in colleges and universities is an important means to ensure the value of intangibles and the guarantee of the social and economic benefits.In fact,because of the attributes of public undertakings in colleges and universities,managers do not pay much attention to the problems in intangible assets management.By means of literature reading,comparative analysis and empirical research,this paper analyzes the present situation of intangibles management in colleges and universities through several dimensions,and finds that the current N universities have changed from the traditional ideas of asset management to the management of intangibles,and the importance of intangibles management is gradually strengthened.But from the overall level,the management of intangible assets of Jiangsu University still lags behind the advanced foreign universities and innovative enterprises of knowledge,and there are some problems such as loss of intangible assets,weak awareness of brand protection,backward management mechanism and imperfect legal guarantee,which severely restrict the realization of intangible assets of university.In view of the above problems,this paper draws on the experience of intangibles management in foreign universities and domestic advanced knowledge innovative enterprises,and tries to put forward effective strategies for intangibles management in Nuniversities.This paper focuses on practicability,and hopes that the research results can be used for reference to guide colleges and universities to cultivate innovative talents,improve the ability of industrial research and research,and strengthen the transformation of scientific research results.
