China is a multi-ethnic country.Every ethnic nationality, in the long-term life, has accumulated rich cultural wealth production.The Tibetan culture is also a colorful part of the bright culture in our country.As the Tibetan region is located in the southwest border of our country,and its economic development lags behind of the mainland,the development of the Tibetan words digital began in 1993 when the international standard unified coding of Tibetan words was confirmed officially, and then the Tibetan words digital formally entered into a new stage of development.As early as in 1951,China has gradually put forward the development of national language, words, and school education.According to the demands of the actual situation, Tibetan language and Chinese language were used at the same time.This was the initial stage of the Tibetan-Chinese bilingual education in Tibetan-inhabited areas.Through the practice of long-term development in the next periods,Tibetan-Chinese bilingual education in Tibetan-inhabited areas of our country has come into a new stage of development,especially when the education of our country has entered into the stage of information,network resources has become a new way for the people living in the Tibetan-inhabited areas to receive education.Then how is the network education resources situation of Tibetan-Chinese bilingual education?How is the coverage of the Network education infrastructure?How is the construction of Tibetan-Chinese bilingual website?Whether the network resources of Tibetan- Chinese bilingual education have been taken more advantage, or what is the utilization rate?This research mainly aims at the application situation of the Tibetan-Chinese bilingual network education resources,we wish to find the problems in the processes of the Tibetan-Chinese bilingual network construction and using in Tibetan-inhabited areas,and put forward the countermeasures to effectively promote the development of Tibetan-Chinese bilingual network in Tibetan-inhabited areas.With the literature review at first in this paper,the research situation of Tibetan-Chinese bilingual network resources in our country has been known,the research topic which is the application situation of Tibetan-Chinese bilingual network resources is confirmed.This paper mainly deals with the network infrastructure coverage situation in Tibetan-inhabited areas,the construction of Tibetan-Chinese bilingual website.The network coverage in Tibetan-inhabited areas mainly refers to the coverage of network infrastructure of Internet,telecommunications,mobile, Unicom in the four provinces and one region areas inhabited mainly by Tibetans.The construction of Tibetan-Chinese bilingual website is mainly on the analysis of the construction of the research object of this research,and the selection of the research object is based on contentanalysis of the principle of selection of the research object in the internet.With the content shown in the website,it processes with the project analysis, the discipline nature, media type,etc.There are two kinds of problems found in this research:First,the content of the Tibetan-Chinese bilingual website,with different perspectives,the choice of the content is different, so the website in the construction should get its orientation,what kind of people does the website aims at,school education or social education; students or adults;beginner of Tibetan language or those who have higher levels in Tibetan language;focus on the common sense introduction or affordance of communication platform for senior scholars.In summary, in the construction of network education resources the characteristics should be highlighted,all is the same can’t provide materials for the network education, also does not work in terms of cultural heritage.And "small" "micro" are the characteristics for present development situation,because of the fragmentation reading habits and the fields of human attention,significant changes have be occurred in the way of human learning,micro course has become a new kind of course, micro course is famous for its shortness, it lasts about 5 to 15 minutes.and network is the main way to provide this course, therefore,in the development of small micro Tibetan-Chinese bilingual courses,Tibetan-Chinese bilingual website should be designed,their own characteristics channels should be set up.Secondly,there are the application situation of the network Tibetan-Chinese bilingual resources,the content of the web site is limited and cannot be updated timely;People’s consciousness of using the Tibetan-Chinese bilingual network is not strong;In the analysis of the content of the site the vocational education and training and other related content are not found;Based on the problems found in the research, the6 th part of this paper puts forward the suggestions and strategies from three aspects.
